In Tallinn, shortly before the holidays, “Gingerbread Mania”  took over. With this theme («PiparkoogiMaania») pieces of art and design made from dough can be seen in the Estonian capital. More than 140 Estonian artists are showing the edible exhibits until the 8 of January 2012. Director Mari-Liis Laanemaa said, in total 400 kg dough had been processed skillfully.  In Estonia, gingerbreads are  baked traditionally before christmass at home and eaten with hot wine punch.
